Refund and Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Email us at support@walleu.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 14 days. You will get an email once the refund is issued.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at support@walleu.com with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Panels that have been installed or cut to size cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
