How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payment is handled securely by our checkout partner (Hotmart), which supports major credit and debit cards.
Is the checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection and your full card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Terms of Service for details.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 14 days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days with photos at support@walleu.com and we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
What are the panels made of and what size are they?
Each acoustic slat panel has a real-wood veneer surface on an acoustic-felt base and measures 2.7 m × 1.10 m. They can be cut to size with ordinary woodworking tools.
